Any player selected for the first time is represented in white lettering. Gold lettering shows a protected player (carried over from prior year). Gold background with black lettering indicates a protected player in the final year of his contract. This player will be a Free Agent the following year. A Gold Star indicates a Franchised player [autoselected in 2nd round].
