"What can I say that I haven't said before about my fortunes in this league. I have been through a lot these last couple years, and it amazes me that I am allowed to have such luck. I'll spare the funny jokes this time around because you know that there is nothing more important to me than keeping things simple. I have had a great time winning a third championship, something I haven't even come close to in any other league. That's special. I will probably continue for a 4th title, something nobody has accomplished yet, and then retire with all my fantasy dreams realized.
After all, there's only so many dogs I can catch in this stinking village. Thank you much!"

1There's big Jim! Making the commissioner pay for introducing new schemes into the league, ha, ha. You had said to other news media that this third championship was quite unexpected; that you didn't stand a chance even though you won nine-consecutive games in the middle of the year!
Why would you be so hard on yourself, knowing that you are already a perennial winner?
I felt that way because I had no players who actually stepped up except a few key guys early on. My bench was bad, and my # 2 men were busts (Alshon Jeffrey, Arian Foster.) I saw how everyone was using the new Paintball scheme after the first month of the year, and when I did the same, I became almost invincible. Honestly, that was a life saver for me.
2 Unbeknownst to all, you have hosted the last official residence DraftDay last year at your house in Mohawk. It does not seem like anyone wants to pick up that mantle again unless it is at a restaurant or local establishment. Hell, Jim Gray (Assassins) even quit the league and ghosted the commissioner when faced with such a proposition! As the final spokesman of that era, how do you feel about these hosting events and the future of online drafting, in general.
I certainly enjoyed having you guys over for one last pow-wow. However, my wife let me know that she was very aggravated that nobody ate any food that we had spent time making that entire day. We had pasta dishes set out, a salad, and even the pizza and wings were barely touched. I am not personally upset like her, but I know we are not hosting anything like that again. I don't know why Jim would act that way. He never said anything to me about it the few times I talked with him. He definitely should show you the respect that you gave him over the years.
As far as drafting online, I am all for it! I get very anxious in social settings normally and am taking medication for it.
3 I have definitely noticed your life take a different direction in the scope of the ten years that I've known you. Is it a case of just slowing down? Is fantasy football as important to you now as it was when you joined? This retirement business that you bring up is quite newfangled. What say you?
Well, it is simply the case of my finances not being what they once were. I am no longer an Animal Control Officer and am out on disability. I used to be in several leagues, now I have only four. I just got kicked out of one league for whatever reason so now I have just yours, Chuck Eaker's, and my sons' for next year. I don't plan to ever quit your league, but I don't know what else I could do if I have limited funds.
I used to hit the casino every week too, but not so much any more unfortunately.
4I am honestly not trying to make our interview session depressing, Jim, ha, ha. I just wanted to give the audience more insight into your championship lifestyle and the trials you have faced along your journey. Let's shift gears a bit. Tell me what your plans are for the next few years. Give us all some enlightenment!
I don't foresee any major travel plans unless my wife surprises me with a trip now and then. Our lives are centered on our granddaughter and most of our energy goes towards that.
If we take any trip out of the state, it will be to visit family. I guess my tastes in seeing America aren't what they used to be at this point.
5 I love how you try new fantasy-related ventures. I created a Fantasy Movie Studio League (http://nightstormffl.net/FMS.htm) which you joined in its founding 2015 year. As the Virgin Video Vampires mogul, do you think I have generated brilliant success that will catch on?
Would you ever join a retro fantasy football league if I invented that also?
You are something special, I tell ya. I have no idea how you come up with these ideas. I love them all though, because it's fresh, and I never heard of these leagues anywhere. The movie studio league is not in my wheel-house so I don't know if I will do more than one year as a mogul. The retro fantasy league sounds like something that I'd enjoy though. I wouldn't mind having players like Joe Montana or Bo Jackson in their prime. I can't wait to hear more about it!
